Job Functions:
  • Service existing accounts (90%)
  • Develop new relationships with prospect accounts (10%)
  • Minimal tradeshow and regional/local customer travel required
     
Experience Required: 
  • 7+ years of technical customer service work 
  • Consultative approach to identify optimum product offering
  • Strong organizational, communication and computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school degree required
  • General mechanical aptitude and technical sales knowledge 
  • Knowledge of cutting tool industry is a big plus
  • Knowledge of GP Dynamics is a plus
  • Servant leader mindset with a team-oriented approach
  • Ideal candidate is a self-starter - will use time efficiently, maintain productivity and be dependable
