Rust Belt Recruiting is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our growing organization! 

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the day to day recruiting practices for Rust Belt Recruiting along with overseeing the development and growth of the recruiting team. This position is a “working manager” opportunity designed for the Recruiting Manager to produce monthly revenue, along with leading the strategic direction of recruiting operations.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Vice President of Recruiting & Sales

About Us: Rust Belt Recruiting is a boutique recruiting and staffing agency focused on the manufacturing industry. We provide direct hire search, as well as temporary and contract staffing services, for positions ranging from general labor to management. 

JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Manage and lead recruiting team while providing mentorship, coaching & training 
  • Execute weekly 1:1`’s to discuss and optimize individual performance (metrics, KPI’s, revenue goals, etc.)
  • Refine internal training documents and methodology to standardize practices and optimize team performance
  • Implement and direct performance metrics to team
  • Report and debrief leadership team on team’s weekly performance
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts relating to new recruiters 
  • Serve as liaison between business development team and recruiting team to ensure client work is being completed in a timely, profitable manner
  • Recruit for multiple client requisitions while being held to a monthly revenue goal
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding temporary employees and billing
  • Manage relationship with various vendors

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of recruiting experience preferred 
  • 2 years of management experience preferred 
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills 
  • Strong analytic and reporting skills 
  • Technically proficient individual who can quickly learn and teach new softwares and tools 
  • Highly organized, flexible, and have a proven ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving, decision making & the ability to work independently
  • Well versed in Google or Microsoft Suite with a strong understanding of Google Sheets and/or Excel
