About Our Client
Our client is a million-dollar manufacturer located right outside of the Akron area. Specializing in manufacturing and transportation, they are an industry leader offering quality trucks and trailers to customers nationally. 

Job Functions:
The Mounter/General Laborer is responsible for responding to any labor-related tasks needed at the facility. Some of the tasks included are:  

• Install toolboxes under or on trailers 
• Mount tires on suspensions 
• Clean trailers after assembly 
• Pinstripe or sticker trailers 
• Mount fenders and mud flaps 
• Sheet prep, grinding, etc. 
• Breaking down pallets; yard clean-up and maintenance 
• Yard work and cleanup 

Requirements:

• Ability to use power tools such as: 
• • Circular saws
  • Band saws 
  • Air impacts 
  • Air and electric drills 
  • Grinders 
  • Wire crimps 
• Ability to use hand tools 
• Strong tape measurement reading skills 
• Experience reading specification sheets and blueprints 
• Availability to work overtime and Saturdays 
• High School Diploma or GED is required 
• Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision

Physical Demands: 

• Must be able to bend, twist, climb, crawl, and stoop repeatedly throughout the day 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work at heights up to 15 ft. 
• Must be able to work comfortably in confined spaces 
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
