About Our Client: Founded in the 1950s, this family and employee owned manufacturer has three locations across the US and is the national leader in their niche.
Work Schedule: Full-Time on 1st Shift (6am - 4:30pm) OR 3rd Shift (10pm - 6:30am)
Job Functions:

Assist in the operation and upkeep of the facility

Observe and troubleshoot operating machines and equipment, diagnose malfunction if/when necessary

Dismantle and re-assemble machine
-
Provide repair or maintenance operations on equipment when needed

Maintain and use variety of hand and power tools
-
Learn and master all 6 different sections of the assembly line

Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
Ideal Candidate Qualities & Experience:
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
Experience in factory maintenance required
-
Welding and/or Electrical knowledge preferred
-
General mechanical aptitude
-
Knowledge of PLC maintenance a plus

Must be physically able to be on their feet during shift, and exert effort (i.e., lift, bend, pull functions)

Possess a positive attitude

Ideal candidate is a self-starter - will use time efficiently, maintain productivity and be dependable

Ability to communicate, perform job duties and read/comprehend in English
Compensation: $23.50 to $29.50/hour + 1.5x overtime
