About Our Client: Founded in the 1950s, this family and employee owned manufacturer has three locations across the US and is the national leader in their niche. 
 
Work Schedule:  Full-Time on 1st Shift (6am - 4:30pm) OR 3rd Shift (10pm - 6:30am)
 
Job Functions:
  • Assist in the operation and upkeep of the facility
  • Observe and troubleshoot operating machines and equipment, diagnose malfunction if/when necessary
  • Dismantle and re-assemble machine
  • Provide repair or maintenance operations on equipment when needed
  • Maintain and use variety of hand and power tools
  • Learn and master all 6 different sections of the assembly line
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
 
Ideal Candidate Qualities & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in factory maintenance required
  • Welding and/or Electrical knowledge preferred
  • General mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of PLC maintenance a plus
  • Must be physically able to be on their feet during shift, and exert effort (i.e., lift, bend, pull functions)
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Ideal candidate is a self-starter - will use time efficiently, maintain productivity and be dependable
  • Ability to communicate, perform job duties and read/comprehend in English
Compensation: $23.50 to $29.50/hour + 1.5x overtime
