We have a client looking for a Crew Leader for their Lighting and Electrical team to help oversee their field employees and deliver quality service for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate must be responsible, driven, honest and a real self-starter to guide their team on any and all projects sent their way. This person will have great communication skills and a strong background in lighting systems, managing scopes of work, and experience troubleshooting lighting issues. 

About Our Client
Our client is a well known Electrical Contractor in the area that prides themselves on offering timely and quality service at fair and affordable prices. They offer electrical services in residential and commercial industries. They will take on any project from Facility Maintenance to Aerial Work. 

Job Functions

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings
  • Attend proactive and reactive job training and certifications
  • Schedule and Organize manpower
  • Assist in developing plans for projects and improving install times and durations with better onsite organization and logistics
  • Communicate with the field team, clients, and supervisors on a daily basis
  • Meet with clients and managers onsite and attend project meetings
  • Ensure quality control for all installs
  • Handle all job site issues and concerns relating to performance and execution
  • Turning in count sheets and work reviews daily
  • Meet job schedules and communicate issues proactively
  • Maintain self and crew adherence to CEC Policy and Handbook items
  • Develop and promote talent through guidance and training
  • Work with home office on procuring materials, tools, and equipment for all projects and manpower
  • Work with warehouse manager on recycling
  • Assist with evaluating field employees
  • Travel to job sites on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • 2 years of lighting retrofit or electrical construction experience 
  • Proficient in  Word, Excel and Outlook
  • OSHA 30 Certified
  • NALMCO Certified
  • CPR Certified
  • Scissor Lift Operator Certified
  • Boom Lift Operator Certified
  • Tow Motor Operator Certified
  • Client will help candidates meet some certification requirements that may not be met
