Mix and spray industrial coating paints for large automotive parts
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Mix base coat, clear coat and single stage industrial coating paints
  • Spray industrial type/automotive type paints
  • General/miscellaneous safety procedures and housekeeping
 
Ideal Candidate Qualities & Experience: 
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred as well as ability to read, write, and speak English in order to understand written and verbal instructions and document completion of work
  • Paint school or paint tech program certificate preferred
  • Must be able to perform all aspects of painting including, prime, single stage, base/clear coat, coal tar, undercoat, rhino lining, and UL1000
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting professional behavior
  • Must be physically capable of standing, bending and moving about the facility during an 8-hour shift, and able to life up to 35 lbs. as needed
