Job Functions of the Electrical Maintenance Technician:

Assemble, install, maintain, fabricate and/or repair production equipment, wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, tow motors, machinery and equipment

General building maintenance

Inventory of parts and upkeep of tool room
Candidate Qualities & Experience of the Production Coordinator:
-
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with an emphasis on electrical
-
Electrical aptitude including wiring systems, pumps, motors and knowledge of 110v, 240v, 480v, single and three phase and basic PLC’s in a process driven environment

Extensive knowledge in building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, pumps ( fluid, diaphragm, progressive cavity and hydraulic) and equipment maintenance including pneumatics and hydraulics.

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, micrometers, tape measures, calipers and other measuring instruments

Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs, operate forklifts, fabricate metal equipment and functional parts (using oxy-acetate torches and welding units including MIG welders)

Able to install, service and rebuild gearboxes, sprockets, bearings, gears and other energy transferring equipment
