The Client Service Representative is responsible for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in an accounts receivable role, customer service, or sales role.

Job Functions

  • Processing Purchase Orders
  • Creating Purchase Orders
  • Filing Purchase Orders
  • Creating/Processing Sales Orders for New and Existing Customers/Parts
  • Processing Invoices
  • Filing Invoices
  • Processing Credit Card/ACH Transactions
  • Creating Job Tickets
  • Filing Job Tickets
  • Verify Revisions/Specs on Job Ticket
  • Operating as a liaison between the customer, artist, production team and the sales person. B2B experience is a plus


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience required 
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Outlook)
