Job Functions:

Identify and develop relationships within the commercial construction space to generate a high volume of quality business opportunities

Manage relationships with existing clients and partners

Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition and establish relationships with prospective clients

Coordinate and assist in the proposal process of all new contracts
Ideal Candidate Qualities & Experience:

3 years minimum working in the commercial construction industry

Ability to travel as needed

Preexisting network of relationships with businesses that supply building materials

Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations

Highly motivated and innovative
