BILLING CLERK

Our Client is seeking an Office Administer/Billing Clerk to join their team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be highly motivated, and have exceptional organizational skills.

Located in Cleveland, Ohio, our client is a highly reputable metal fabricator and distributor. With a high focus on employee and customer satisfaction, they are dedicated to training their employees in multiple areas and offer advancement opportunities to their hard-working employees. A manufacturer of tooling steel for industries like auto, home appliance, medical devices, they have several job openings for various skilled laborers in multiple locations.

Job Functions

• Prepare orders for billing by checking for accuracy and blanks to avoid incorrect billing. 
• Print packing lists and follow up with customer service to ensure correct shipping details.
• Identify backorders and verify that all picking tickets are printed.
• Release orders in Microsoft NAV Dynamics for invoicing.
• Review the Pre-Post Margin report to confirm all orders are entered for billing while also verifying the gross margin on orders. 
• Post orders on the Pre-Post Margin report.
• Email, fax and print invoices and attached them to the corresponding orders for filing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of prior office experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
• Possess good listening and communication skills, as well as energy, enthusiasm, and endurance
• Accurate math skills and organizational ability

Details

Shift: 8 hours per week, 8 am - 5 pm (with flexibility)

Pay Rate: $14-16 per hour
