Apartment Maintenance Technician 
Full-Time / $15 - $18 hourly / Cleveland, OH

We have a client in need of Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This person will wear many hats and serve as the ‘go-to’ for any help needed around the facility.

Job Functions

• Basic Appliance Repair Knowledge
• Apartment Service Request Experience (preferred)
• Daily reporting and maintenance logging.
• Tile Installation in bathrooms/kitchens
• Plumbing of sinks, tubs, and toilets
• Carpentry 
• Installing locks for unit doors/Changing locks for new residents
• Clearing out apartments and getting move-in ready
• Light Electrical
• Landscaping duties as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work experience
• Must pass a maintenance exam before employment
• Must be available for on-call shifts 
• Must supply their own basic hand tools
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without a break and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule while willing and able to “cover” for fellow work associate when someone is out absent (sick or vacation)
