A common misconception about manufacturing is that factories are staffed with male-only roles.

Though females have been working alongside male counterparts in this industry for decades, more and more women are finding their career path in manufacturing.

Kamry is just one of our hard-working female employees.

She currently works as a General Laborer for a company in northwestern Ohio that manufactures outdoor refrigeration products, like dipping cabinets and carts, truck freezers, and more.

Kamry’s daily duties include building lift lids and siliconing the freezers, putting parts orders together for shipping, and occasionally assembling the freezers prior to silicone.

Now in her twelfth week on the job, Kamry has her sights set on continued advancement as she makes a home with this employer.
